Mark your calendars MUSTANGS!
With less than a month before the team takes the ice for tryouts, we have solidified our home games schedule for league competition in the TCHC .
With 5 different league opponents visiting for their 2 game series, the Mustangs will have an opportunity to showcase their talents across the DFW area in 3 different StarCenter venues.
Kicking off the season in Richardson ... SMU will host Texas A&M on 9/11 at 7:00pm in their first game since 2019. Following that, the teams will travel West to Farmers Branch , where they will finish their series the next day on 9/12 at 12:15pm.
After a short stint away at TCU (more details to come) and Texas, the Mustangs will be back in Euless to host Texas on 10/22 and 10/23 at 6:00pm and 3:30pm respectively.
The homestand will continue into the next weekend as ETBU will be in town, again at Euless , with game on 10/29 at 7:30pm. Then on the following day the two teams will face off back in Farmers Branch for a 10/30 game at 4:00pm
SMU will then conclude their 2021 Fall Semester with back to back weekends, first at Texas A&M, and then at home against Texas State . The matches with Texas State will be held once again at Farmers Branch on 11/19 at 5:45pm and 11/20 at 1:15pm.
The team will then be off for Winter Break and end their 2021 half of the schedule...
However! The 2022 Spring Semester will be off to a hot start as SMU will finish off their home league games against long time rival TCU ... The pair of games will be held on 1/28 and 1/29, both at 7:30pm and both in Euless .
While the season will continue with another set of away games at ETBU , TCHC Playoffs , Non-League Opponents , and a special set of games to be announced... SMU Ice Hockey Club will conclude their regular season with 10 opportunities to see them live and on the ice in Dallas !
All game times are listed as CST and should be free to attend for all fans.
